Become a Part of The 3 Rivers Treasure Trail

Showcase Your Business. Share Your Story. Become Part of the Adventure.

The 3 Rivers Treasure Trail is a unique weekend event that invites visitors to slow down, take the scenic route and uncover the hidden treasures of our region.

Rather than bringing everyone together in one location, the Treasure Trail encourages people to journey through our beautiful countryside, discovering farm gates, artisan makers, food producers, cafés, wineries, gardens, artists and small businesses along the way.

Every stop on the Trail is a treasure waiting to be discovered, with each participating business offering visitors something uniquely their own.

Whether that's fresh local produce, handcrafted goods, workshops, demonstrations, tours, delicious food, beautiful gardens or simply the opportunity to meet the people behind the business, every experience helps tell the story of our region.

Why Join the Treasure Trail?

Participating in the 3 Rivers Treasure Trail is an opportunity to:

  • Introduce your business to hundreds of new visitors.

  • Generate sales during the event weekend.

  • Build lasting relationships with future customers.

  • Increase awareness of your business long after the event has finished.

  • Collaborate with neighbouring businesses and strengthen our regional network.

  • Help showcase the incredible diversity of the 3 Rivers region.

No two businesses are the same, and that's exactly what makes the Trail special.

Some businesses simply open their doors and trade as normal. Others create special experiences such as tastings, workshops, demonstrations, guided tours, children's activities or live entertainment. Many collaborate with neighbouring businesses to create destination stops that encourage visitors to stay longer.

Whatever your business looks like, we'd love to help you become part of the Trail.

Register Your Interest

We're currently inviting expressions of interest from businesses that would like to participate in the next 3 Rivers Treasure Trail.

Submitting your details does not commit you to participating. It simply lets us know you're interested so we can keep you informed as planning progresses and discuss the opportunities available.

A member of our volunteer committee will then contact you to answer any questions and help determine the best way for your business to be involved.

Following this, please read over the Application Information Pack, so that you understand the details before committing.

Now… if you would like to be officially involved, we will need your Intent to Participate form completed by 16th October 2026.

Be sure to have all the required documents on hand before you start this form. Insurance certificates, Food licences (if relevant) and at least one image of the business containing the “Maker” on the job.
